Remember that the listing agent always represents the seller. It is for that reason that it is best for a buyer to have their own agent (buyers agent) to educate and be their advocate from contract to close. Good luck on your purchase.

Yes, being that the home was pending and now available its more than appropriate to use a new agent. We agents just want the best for our clients, and I always recommend not using the same agent for both the listing and buying side, ask yourself who is the agent really pulling for when they represent both sides.
