Can I use "GetDeedSearchResults" API on a national RE listing site with thousands of listings?

I need real estate data for thousands of nationwide real estate listings. The site is free to the public. Am I permitted toI use Zillow's "GetDeedSearch" results API for theses purposes?

Bill,

Some factors to consider:

1.One may be tempted to store the results locally in your database (or in any format) to improve performance. This is against their TnC. There is also a potential for the local data to get out of synch with Zillow.

2.If your site is nation wide, you may also want to consider the daily limit of the API calls and want to work with Zillow to increase it.

3.If you follow Zillow TnC, the pages you create will have many, many links pointing to Zillow. Essentially, you may end up sending  visitors of your site to Zillow? Something to consider. This is the price you pay for using their FREE content.

Cheers!

Hi Matt, Thanks for your suggestions.

I still am not clear after reading the terms of use.

The email address you provided me does not work.

Please provide me with an accurate email address so I can further address my questions; to make certain that I abide via zillow policy.
