Can I use a buyer's agent listed outside of what you have on here to look at a property?

I would suggest finding a buyer's agent that specializes in the area where you are interested in purchasing a home.  Find an agent that has good reviews and is responsive to your requests for information.  It costs you nothing to have a buyer's agent since the seller pays the commission. Kindest Regards, Janet

You can use any buyer's agent you please.   Zillow is simply an advertising site, buyers agents shown to the right of the house are paid advertising slots.  If it said "eat at MacDonalds", you'd also have no obligation!
