If you are an agent, in my area of Florida you can't use other agents photos without full disclosure. You may want to take your own.

Yes, you can, however, don't do it because the owner will eventually want to see the work you've put into their listing and viewing thier old pictures of their house by another Realtor is not a good way to start the relationship with them. Think this: They just hired you for a reason, They want a New Agent, a New Listing and New PICTURES... Good Luck!

Take your own. Having good relations with agents from other companies is more beneficial than a quick" lift" from their work.

You need to take another photo, because the other photo is the property of that company. If you get written permission to use it, that should be satisfactory.
