Why would a person in CA call an agent in AZ for a CMA? Do you really believe you know enough about Antioch, CA to provide an estimate any more accurate than Zillow's?

And... why would they call you over 4 years later?

The estimates are a result of a complicated algorithm that, unfortunately, is rarely accurate (or even close to accurate). 

There is only one way to know what your home is worth.  Sell it.

Seriously though, if you need an agent to run comparable properties for you, just reach out to me.  It only takes a few moments and I'd much rather you be informed correctly then use an often-inaccurate guesstimate.

These estimates are usually not close. Any realtor would be willing to run a CMA for you for free, call a friendly one and ask!

I strongly advise against it. Majority of the dwellings we appraise are either lower or much higher than what zillow have them at. Zillow has no idea the condition of your dwelling or the  improvements you have made, if it has a view or if it is in a cal-de-sac or backs a freeway.

You won't be able to use the zillow estimates for securing a loan or calculating property taxes. The estimates can be very accurate or they can be off considerably. Estimates for homes that are built in subdivisions consisting of similar models tend to be more accurate than those for custom built homes because there is less variances in these types of properties.

You may use the Zestimate value as a "starting point" for the value of your home but it is not an actual appraisal for the property. It is just an estimated value of the property based on the home facts, recent sale transaction and the assessed value.

Since you are based in California, you can use this link to get an approximate valuation along with recent home sales. The recent home sales in your neighborhood should be a good guide for your estimation.
Once again this is an estimation, only a certified appraiser can give you real values

What does "kind of like" mean to you?   

Zestimates are great for comparing shifts up and down in your community.  They give rough ideas of possible ranges for sale prices.   They do not give appraisals for tax purposes nor should be used for making an offer or pricing your house (without further inputs).
