Most RE Professional's have many tools to find the type of property that their clients are looking for. They narrow it down to what you are looking for from your initial consultation to about 2-4 properties. Perhaps your initial guidelines ie were a specific neighborhood/school district/yard rooms or price range. Once you have visited homes, your initial guidelines have changed. Maybe you might want a home that needs a little work, be willing to go a little higher in price? Communicating with your Realtor on what may have changed, should help you get to see more properties that will help you find your dream home or a step closer. Good Luck!

Depends on whether you signed a buyers representation agreement with your agent. If you have signed a buyers rep and you use another agent to find you a house, you may still be liable to pay the first agent their commission, whether or not they found you the home.

Either talk to your agent about wanting to see more properties, or terminate the relationship and start fresh with a new agent.
