thank you for your quick reply. the home owner was told that her property could face fines for having two addresses listed. She was also told that since it was built in 1931 and bought in 1957 it falls under some kind of "grandfather clause" that makes it exempt from any fines or fees for having 2 addresses for the property. when the home was built having multiple address did not bring a financial penalty. Some housing official has said that she would have to pay for every year the correct address was not on file since this became a law.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If there is duplicate home page listed on Zillow, you can flag it with the "edit" link under the main house photo to "report problem with listing" and Zillow will removed the duplicate.
