Yes, certainly.
There are two places to click, on "homes" in the top line will give you the option to post FSBO or if you open the home details page for your home, you'll see "post for sale/rent" just below the home facts. I would take the later approach so that you don't accidentally create a duplicate of your property.
Another option is postlets, owned by Zillow but syndicates with a lot more sites. If you create a listing on postlets, you'll always have to edit on postlets rather than on Zillow.
