Rapid rescoring is not only offered through a lender.  We have the same process, but we rescore direct with the credit bureaus.  Loan officers only rescore with the company they buy credit reports from.

And to answer your question, you can have your scores go up 100 points with rapid rescoring.  Our best increase was 214 points.

You have to have the right accounts to be rescored though.  Most popular are credit card balances.  When you pay off/down your credit cards, you then need to rescore those balances at the bureaus.  Your credit card company will not report the new low balance in real time.  It may take 30-60 days for them to do so.

Your revolving credit card balances affect 255 FICO score points (30% of your credit rating).  YOU can control those points in a very short amount of time.
