Yes you can, but it may not be the only thing you want to do to sell your home. Almost all buyers are represented by agents that will be using the MLS to find homes for their buyers. Zillow is a great place to look up your homes value and a listing there makes sense. But do not cut yourself off from all the buyers agents that will be using the MLS. Give yourself ALL the opportunities you can to get the home sold. My goal is to always get the home sold in the least amoiunt of time for the highest price possible.
