Can a real estate agent in Georgia get information on foreclosures and pre-foreclosures?

My agent is telling me they will not give them information without the house being on the market.  We are interested in seeing pre auction homes listed here on Zillow and my agent is telling us we can make contact or get any information on these properties.  If this is true why are they listed on Zillow?

You are working with the wrong Realtor.   Find a Realtor who specializes in finding investors property.

I would think most agents dont work on per-foreclosure homes. As a Realtor myself there are alot of moving pieces to deal with.

That said I have found one that just specializes in just that. I would start with your local real estate investment club.

To your success.
