Occassionally you might find a traditional sale (not foreclosure and not short sale) that has been on the market for a very long time when the owners may consider renting. Banks aren't willing to consider rentals, they just want as much of their money back as fast as possible.
Can any of the houses listed for sale be rented? I found some on the foreclosure list I really like.
