Can anybody offer advice on using Zillow to buycommercial real estate for rental income in Boston?

I'm okay with apartment buildings, commercial RE, or even land to develop. Just looking to get a better rate of return than what I'm getting in the market. Thanks

To improve your return in rental properties, my owners who do well buy only in the better areas like Newton, Roslindale, Cambridge, etc. It's that old adage 'Location..Location..Location..'. Good luck and it's agreat time to be a landlord. Thanks,

The following websites are equivalent to Zillow, but only deal with commercial real estate. You may also contact a buyer's agent in your region and ask them to set up a search for commercial real estate within your criteria and budget.

As Zillow does not allow listings of commercial real estate, I suggest looking elsewhere.

You can't buy anything on Zillow... you can look for properties but Zillow isn't the most efficient way of doing so. What you can do is find a great buyer's agent who can assist you with locating, viewing, and purchasing properties... Feel free to interview anyone who response to this question - that'll be a good start.
