We are buying a home on 27 Cardosi Ct and the bank is asking about the high voltage towers in the back of the house?

High voltage towers are a growing concern for some. I would find out what the voltage is since the higher the voltage the more possible health effects.

There is an article here about the health effects of high voltage lines and the EPA also has information available here. Your local utility should be able to give you information on the specific voltage and carrying capacity.

Debbie, Jackie is right.  And this should be part of your buyer's agency agreement with your realtor who should be doing their duty to get information on them.  I check with the city of Pawtucket but also call the EPA out of Boston to get more information.
It is more difficult to sell a home with these in your backyard so be aware of this issue.  best, Ginny Gorman

They may want to know the voltage?  You'll want to call the city.  Be careful with those being too close, can be very hard to sell, good luck.
