Can anyone refinance for a Jumbo VA loan that is over the county VA guarantee limit (I have equity)?

VA guaranty county loan limit is $593K
I have $50K in equity (recently appraised at $702K).
We have 800 credit scores and can provide full doc.

You can most certainly refinance VA to VA if you aren't taking cash-out, regardless of the 2009 loan limit.  I've refinanced two already in 2009 above the current county limit

Riggster, you are correct in that VA will allow up to 100% on a refinance from non-VA to VA for both a rate and term and cash out transaction.

100% LTV

I'm finding that cap with most lenders, but don't understand why that is when the VA allows 100% LTV in refi's.
