Can anyone tell me about two subdivisions in Garner, NC?

I am looking at two houses in Garner NC. One is in Leachburg Place and the other is in Lancaster Place. Can I get any information about these subdivisions?
This is my first house and I dont want to get into a "BAD" area.
I would appreciate any information.

Lancaster Place  is close to 40&42 so if you like being near shopping or work in Raleigh it will be easy. What are you looking for? There are lots of great deals in this area of Wake or Johnston County.  Leachburg is about the same as well -- a little farther drive
