Easiest way? Make sure your profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin are 100% complete. If you tweet quite often, everything you type will come up in the search.

Don't pay per click. Google ads are gone the instant you stop paying. There is no long-term value. You can pay for billboards anywhere. Create web content that attracts traffic and links.

Ads on google are placed in order based on relevance to location, key words, and of course your CPC. The more your willing to pay per click the more google is going to want to help your ad get clicked. So up your CPC, then any searches that are relevant to your content, location and key words will get top spots.

While Great Content is King, Selecting the Best Platform is also king, too many agents select template sites. In the long run great content or not they just will not rank well...

One way to really increase your page rank is by providing great content on every site or page you're trying to increase. One way links coming to yor site help, but good anchor text links going out provides value to your readers.
There are multiple ways you can increase page rank, but it does take time. I suggest focusing on "GREAT CONTENT" and value-added information for your target audience and not only will the page rank come, but so will the business and relationships. :-)

You can increase your rank posting on your blog, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and various other social sites. Just post a listing that's "a doll house" won't do the job. Another perspective is required, videos are ideal because they can be used in so many ways.
