Can contractors recieve reviews?

Can contractors recieve reviews? I tried to rate a contractor I have used for my buyers and sellers and it only allowed a sell/buy relationship as a source of contact from me placing a review

Zillow is Real Estate centric website.

Angies List is better suited for that.

Contractors can comment here.

The reviews are for agents and brokers on Zillow.

Maybe that will change in the future but at present it seems like no is the answer.
