YES! If the county covers all the zip-codes of interest, use the county name as the search, and then zoom and pan the map to the zip codes of interest, then set your filters. Then save your search, naming it appropriately so that you can find it from your profile and so that you know what search is returning results when you get the E-mails.
If the county is not sufficient to cover all the Zip Codes, use the State name as the search, then Zoom & pan the map....
If zip codes of interest cross a State border, clear your browser cookies so that you get the full U.S. map, then Zoom and pan the map....
Remember, if you do it this way, you get a rectangular area rather than a region specific area.
(If you need two regions, just save two searches, naming them so that you can recognize them, and can delete them if you want parameters revised ....)
Remember, you can have as many saved searches as you like and you can recall them or delete them from your user profile. You can have one for "high end 5+ bedrooms", and one for "starter homes <1200 sq ft"... what ever suits your desires or needs.
(To edit a saved search, from your profile, "subscriptions", you click on the search to recall it, you modify your filters and your map settings, you save the new search with an appropriate name, then you go back to your profile "subscriptions" to delete the old one you no longer want).

I can set one up for you in my MLS system and have it automatically feed you properties as they come on the market.
Contact me via e-mail [email removed by Zillow moderator] and let me know exactly what you want your criteria to be!
