Can not correct/change the square footage on "home facts".

I have tried to correct an incorrect square footage on one of my listings (3 Lakeside Palms Ct., Lake Worth, FL 33460) several times with no results. It tells me that I have successfully made the change - but it remains the same. My seller is very unhappy with this because it is lowering their "Zestimate" significantly. Please help.  Thanks
