Can our Brokerage Post all of our listings even if some of our agents have posted the property alrea

We have found contradicting answers to this question.  If our agents post their own listings under their name can we as a brokerage put all of our listings on Zillow/Postlets as well (under our brokerage profile)?

Mac, no the brokers are not allowed to market listing without prior approval from the listing broker. MRIS and other IDX service have agreement where the listing is listed when searches are performed at website. However it will include listing agent company name. Please speak to your broker before you market other agents listing.
