Can places like auction.com or foreclosures.com post a listing?

I have noticed auction.com and foreclosures.com post many listings on zillow.com, is this allowed? It crowds the search a lot. Thanks.

i know that foreclosure.com listings on zillow is just a marketing ads to pay for the subscription. As for auctions, i have had some experience with them and the listings are actual properties that the company is selling off.

My opinion is it's obvious Zillow has some arrangement with those folks and they are Ads..not real postings
Part of the useless garbage you get using Zillow

Doubt Zillow will respond

thats because it comes in on a update feed!!!  Some of that information is not even correct as many of the homes on foreclosures have only started the process. Other catch up and get out of the foreclosure process but never get off the sites.

Its difficult to answer questions on theses properties as agents because we don't know the actual status!!!
