Only a Realtor licensed in the state where the home is located can show the home and present any offers you wish to make.

If on the other hand...
You are inquiring if the out of state REALTOR would be willing to show you the home, collect all of the information about the home and then your local REALTOR handle the transaction...think for one moment about the out of state REALTOR...
Are you asking if they would be willing to do their job, even part of their job, for free??
I'm hoping that's not where you were going with this question....  : )

Good Luck!

If you are asking if your local REALTOR may contact an out of state REALTOR to arrange to show you a home in the other state...yes, of course. Your local REALTOR would likely refer you to the out of state REALTOR and perhaps collect a percentage of any transaction you may do with the out of state REALTOR. Sometimes, depending on the REALTOR, much of his or her business may be referral business.

Hope that helps!
