Typically in most cases the county will not allow for a change if they have not already put forth a master plan for a specific area to be rezoned already. As wetdawg has mentioned it is best to contact the planning office to ask if there are any future zoning changes in the works, and also what are the chances on getting your parcel changed. This should be your first step. Good Luck
