Public records are just that, pulbic. If you see anything wrong you can call the City to possible get a correction. Dial 311, state your problem, and they will transfer you to the correct department. Clients have had success with this in the past.

Any time there is a deed transfer, it gets recorded with the county and becomes public record. So no, sales history can not be removed.
