Can someone advise on the pros and cons of Make Me Move vs. FSBO on Zillow?

Which gives more visibility?

Many lookers by pass the make Me Move because they do not understand the concept of it or they feel the house is not truly for sale. Most of the ready to go buyers I know that look on Zillow look at the for sale listings first. If you want to sell, I would go with that category.

I would caution you against putting your phone number or email directly on the listing though in either case. You may get a lot of spam, unwanted phone calls from agents soliciting your listing, scammers or tire kickers who are not qualified. If you list, set up  web based email account just for the listing or have the people contact you through Zillow's form so you can reply selectively from a chosen email.

Make me move is fishing.....for sale by owner means you are seriously attempting to sell your home.
Hope that helps

I think FSBO's are more visibile. I tend to think of MMM homes as being, "I'll move if you are willing to overpay."

Plus, FSBO comes up when people search for homes for sale; MMM can be excluded, and they are a different color....so mentally different than "for sale."

The only real benefit of MMM is that Zillow will remove the history of it if the owner asks.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
