Can someone contact me directly about my house that is listed for sale? Or must they go through agen

When I tried to respond to myself about my listing (to test the program), the only contact that seemed possible was through a buyer's agent. Is this really the only way someone can ask about a listing?

Hi Vicki -

Your listing is now showing as For Sale By Owner.

Thank you for your patience while this is being fixed.

No..
but It depends on where zillow information originated from; as stated by wetdawgs... if you are listed then the information should be coming from /going to your agent and that means they will cooperate with buyers agents... ... but if you listed your own home for sale or claimed your own home as listed for sale by owner then your contact information should have been entered as a result by you.. but when the pop up comes up it will say in the first line if you will agree to cooperate with buyer's agents.. which you checked that box when you entered the listing as yes.. which you can change it to no... then it wont say that at the top of the contact form pop up..

good luck.

If you are listing through an agent, it is appropriate that all inquiries go to that agent.   If you have an FSBO, it should go to you.
