Can someone please tell me why most of my listings have disappeared from Zillow? Here is the list:

Hello Jeannie:  I received a Quick response from Zillow and they have corrected my situation by reposting half of my missing Listings so far.  I have been informed that the remainder will be up and running very soon.  It was explained to me that since I have various websites that syndicate and synchronize that due to various duplicate postings of my Listings that sometimes they can be removed.  I was told to try to enhance and post to my Remax.com website first.  I am very impressed on how Zillow is taking action to correct my situation.  I really appreciate it.  I hope you too will experience the same as well.  If not, let me kow and I will share the direct email contact that I have been working with.  Happy Selling!!!

Have somewhat of an answer regarding the listings that fell off Zillow.  I was under the impression that the multiple(MRED in my case)was the feed; it wasn't. Postlets was the feed for my listings...not sure if that is the feed for other realtors.  As soon as I updated the listings on Postlets; the listings are back online.  BTW,  Zillow and Postlets are now merged.

Just a bit of follow up.  We have been working with Zillow for almost 2 months on this issue.  Just the end of last week they informed my Listing Coordinator that they are "aware there is a problem in the Chicago market for some reason and are working on it".  As of today no follow up on a solution but will let you know if we hear about anything.

04/14/2011 Hello:  Me too! I am experiencing the same problem.  Suddenly the majority of my Listings have disappeared from Zillow.  I have spent hours and hours inputting photos and information on all of these 40+ Listings and now only 9 appear on Zillow.  I have emailed Zillow asking for HELP, hopefully they will assist.  However, after reading reviews it sounds like it is very possible that I may just be ignored and may not get any response from Zillow.  I really hope that Zillow contacts me and corrects this situation.

All I can tell you is good luck.  More than 40 of our listings "fell off" Zillow over a month ago and I have been trying to get it fixed with tech support since.  They try to say it is the feed we have but the people we use to provide our feed have done everything asked by support and still no listings. Now we can't even get support to respond or follow up.

If you have any better luck getting an answer and getting it resolved - please let us know!!
