Hi, I am an agent in Myrtle Beach and can help you with rental info.
The income success on any property is dependent upon the unit and the buildings location. Obviously, some units rent out more than others and it is necessary to pay close attention to the rental history. It is always nice when you can find a property with history and it shows a steady income even in "economic bad times". These type properties are available, but you have to act fast as many investors are snatching these up as quickly as you can say "snatch".
Our first step is to determine the type property you are seeking...
Do you want an ocean front, ocean view or second row property? Will you be using the property primarily as a rental or will you be occupying the property certain times of the year.
We can certainly find you a property once we have all the ammo loaded to "hunt her down"! :)
Can you go to [hotlink deleted by Zillow moderator. Please refer to our Good Neighbor Policy] out the form, and please add notes about any familiarity you might have with the Myrtle Beach area. Once I receive your info, I will plug you into the magical system and let the listings come to you. When you find a few units you are interested in, we can then take a close look at the numbers and see if it is a smart investment.
Hope this helps and I look forward to serving you.

Go on Craigslist, there is a section under real estate "Vacation rentals". This should give you an idea. And a good idea it is by the way.'
