The income success on any property is dependent upon the unit and the buildings location. Obviously, some units rent out more than others and it is necessary to pay close attention to the rental history. Do you want an ocean front, ocean view or second row property? Will you be using the property primarily as a rental or will you be occupying the property certain times of the year.
