Depends on what you mean by winterized.

Having no clue here,  I offer these suggestions:

You can use  special plastic windows (even if you have storm windows) on your basement and lower level windows to help keep cold air out and  to keep breezes out.

Ask your gas company or oil company  to help you  winterize your boilers, heaters etc, and get ready for winter.  They, most times, will offer suggestions, ideas and helpful hints.  Some companies actually offer free brochures with this information.

Ask the previous owners of the house , how they winterize, speak with neighbors; they might be helpful.

Go to the library and find books about homes and real estates . Look up "winterize"  in the index of those books.

Make sure all windows are locked up tight for winter if you are not going to be living there.  Have an alarm company keep your property under watch.
