Rates change every day. It could still be possible on a 15 day lock.
What is the loan amount ?

I don't see that happening with that loan amount on a fixed 30 year loan with no points or origination.

If under 417K, <60% LTV, 720+ credit scores on a 15 day lock.... Maybe.  But, you would still need to pay closing costs.

MayMay1,
if you want a true no cost loan, it wont be available at 4.625%. i would not sit and wait, at least have the whole application processed and waiting for the best day lock. what is your current rate?
