Can we and when can we buy a home

Me and my wife had a home for 2 years, but got a divorce. i had to file bankruptcy and she let the house go back. We worked things out and got back together and got remarried and now are renting, but do not like renting apartments, just wonding when and if we can buy a home soon and not get busted on rates.

You should be able to qualify after the 3rd year of the discharge date.  That is if you re-establish your credit and have no bad credit after the bankruptcy was discharged.  You should try to get advice from your mortgage broker now, so you can see where you are as far as credit and address any issues you might have when it comes to fico score in advance so you can be prepared when the time comes.
