Thanks Wenzels for the best answer. I hope Zillow see the need for a rental category. The showcase, which focuses primarily on an aerial map, would not work for my needs. We have a corporate furnished rental, and mostly find people on Craigs.

This option is currently unavailable. It has been forwarded to our design team for consideration, however, we do not have a specific date if and when this would be setup. The good news is you may still advertise the property for rent in Zillow through our Showcase Ads. Just indicate that it is for rent so that when a user searches the target Zip code they'll be able to see your ad. You may even link the ad to your website.
Thank you.
