Zestimates are not accurate for Texas. A Comparative Market Analysis (aka, CMA -- or 'comps') is the rule to measure by.
I understand you would like the Zestimate to reflect the value of your property, and you could certainly follow Wetdawgs' advice to see if the lot size adjustment helps.
But know that Realtors and appraisers will use comps to size up FMV (fair market value). :-)

Lot size is indeed an important part of the Zestimate calculation. If you've claimed your home, you can edit it and add the lot size.
