The 6606 Johnsdale Road house was gutted and renovated by the builder who bought it. It is currently a new listing on the MLS with Hodge and Associates for $224,900.

The price of $85,000 is pulled directly from the Wake County Tax Records (www.wakegov.com).  The records there show it was sold for $85,000.  The Triangle MLS also shows that it sold for $85,000.
