Can you create an option to post "AUCTION" instead of asking price?

I am a Real Estate Auctioneer in Texas.  It would be useful for me be able to list a property that I am offering for sale at auction utilizing the word "AUCTION" instead of inserting an asking price.  It would also be beneficial to prospective buyers to be able to search a category listed as "AUCTION".  I believe you would increase your listings and prosspective buyers searching on Zillow is this option was offered.

I think that adding auctions would be useful as long as no sale or minimum price was listed. People have listed a few auctions on Zillow in the past, but entering the minimum bid price caused confusion for people searching for houses almost like a $1 rental price for the first month would.

Buyers searching on Zillow appreciate information. I think as long as the auctions were separate from the regular listings in some way either by icon color or category that it might add value to their search.
