Yes, call a local agent or Realtor that specalizies in land. They can run a CMA and look at recent sold comps. FYI, land sales are not moving right now as new construction is at a low. For many reasons and on top of that, very difficult for most buyers to get approved for new construction now.

If you don't want to look in the public records, call a local real estate agent and ask them or look at your own tax records,there should be a phone number there too. Its not a value though, its a tax appraisal, value is found from recent sales of the same type of land.
