Absolutely yes, different agents work different ways. Although you may not like one agent's approach, the other agent's approach may be completely different and should be taken into consideration, the fact that they work in the same country should not be a barrier. Go with whomever you feel will do the best job for you.

You should interview that Agent's Boss too. The person you choose is actually working for their Broker, and he is your agent, even if you don't know him, from Adam.
And if you wanted to take interviewing effectiveness to the nth degree, you probably should interview every agent at the firm you choose when listing. Because they will certainly all be discussing your business in the future.
If you are buying, this could also be the case. Interviewing agents, is part of deciding, so to interview many, should not be of concern, to the others.
A better, or equally effective, approach may be to interview the Brokers' in Charge first, and have them suggest an Agent or Agents within their firm, that they think you would appreciate. And of course, if you aren't feeling warm and fuzzy about the Broker, move on.
All of this is said half jokingly, but this is the depth, of just one facet, of the decision you are trying to make.

Great question. Yes you can...as Realtors we all have different personalities, go with someone who fits your personality and wants to really help you achieve your goal in home ownership. Talk to agents who are willing to commit to what your needs are. Best regards!

It's very common to interview agents/coworkers from the same office.
You should work with someone that you feel the most comfortable and has the best reputation. Sometimes, no matter how much homework you do it's difficult to decide based on a sales pitch.
I would also suggest that you try a free referral service. Agents placed by referral are based on the clients needs, wishes, and the usually the expertise of the office manager that not only knows the Realtors in the office personally, but by reputation, work ethic, and results.
It removes the guesswork and hours of research off your plate and you get a great Realtor as a result.
Good Luck and Best Wishes,
Anne

I agree. It doesn't benefit either party if you don't "click" and we all understand it's just 'business.'

Yes, of course, you can interview 10 agents from the same office if you wish.

I always get 3 opinions for everything, even if I think the 1st option was sufficient. How do you know whats good and bad if you only met one agent. Just tell them that and they should understand.

Sure, that's not a problem. Just explain up-front to the next agent that your personalities didn't click with the first one and ask them to inform the other so that it's out in the open. We've all seen that happen before.

Can you interview two agents from the same real estate office?
