There are two options for an Agent to get a listing on Zillow.
1) You can use a syndication service and from there we post it on the site for free, including all of the information the service sends us like multiple photos. Popular syndicators are companies like Point2, Listhub, vFlyer or Postlets.
2) You can manually enter the listing on the site for $9.95 for 180 days. When you do this, not only will the listing show up online, but it will also be Featured. This means that it will show up at the top of user search results, and these listings typically get 5-6 times the traffic.
