I don't think you can effectively estimate a house without having any knowledge on it.  You certainly can not judge by the "sale" price as zillow would have no ideal what the house looked like when it was sold or the investment that needed to go into it. 

The estmates are inaccurate and I would like it removed.

Zestimate values and accuracy is worthwhile reading.
