Since Zillow takes their sq footage from public records, that usually shows what is permitted. .... maybe you are wrong !?!?

Did u measure the property ? Did u review all permits ? Stake your license on that 1746 sq ft ?

Careful now about that square footage - u dont want to get sued for mis-information. Zillow DOES get it wrong at times but I find that its not common...

Hi Kimberley:   welcome to Zillow.

1.  Your question is not associated with a specific listing.

2.  If you are referring to your listing on Kimberly street, then here 's a link to the listing source.   Is everything correct in the feed to Zillow?   It usually takes a day or two to refresh on Zillow after editing at the source.

I know you didn't ask but has your client approved your listing photos?   Good photos can help sell, lousy photos can turn off a lot of potential buyers.   Why no interior ones although you claim "move in ready".  Why is everything so blue?   Why so much exterior clutter and a car and truck in the driveway?  How about 15 minutes with a rake in the yard?
