Yes you are right a lot of people out there are loosing their shirts.
Fortunately not 1 of my clients is in that position.
I didn’t do those “NINJA” loans like many mortgage broker out there did.
what is your profession (cause you are hiding it for some reason)
sounds like you are bitter maybe you had a bad experience I hope that next time around you will smile too- “like on my signature”. I attend all my closing and see my clients smile

There are many articles on the Zillow site under different tabs at the top for buyers, sellers etc.

racheli- "loosing" a shirt sounds pretty cool, kind of like a NINJA move. luckily for me, I happened across this very forum while researching buying a house in November, and learned enough while lurking to take my down payment and sink it into two years worth of Roth IRA.
also, rach- i'm not hiding anything. you don't need to know what my profession is. what i'm NOT doing is trying to ho myself out on a public forum.
