Can you remove an old listing, wich damages the new one?

I have an 2 years old listing on Zillow with the wrong information, I have a new one as well, my agent told me that since I'm the home owner, I'm the only one who can have the old listing (with a totally wrong info) REMOVED!!!!!!

Old: 1174 West 9th Street, San Pedro CA 90731 - to be removed
New: 1174-1176 West 9th Street, San Pedro, CA 90731 - to keep

Zillow people do the right thing, do not hide behind answering machines and call me back. Bernard 424-558-0065

I think the information is auto populated from the MLS, the agent for the wrong listing will need you to sign a form provided by their Board of Realtors for updating the MLS information that is wrong or outdated, including removing the listing or indicating it was cancelled. Then the information should correct itself in the data feeds to public internet sites like Zillow

Perhaps if you drop the -1176 part of the new listing , then it might just replace the old listing with the same address updated. Not sure if that'll work but it may be worth a try if you can't get a hold of anyone at Zillow. BTW, Nice job on the re-hab.
