Can you take an equity line out on your investment property?

I have an investment property that has been completely paid off. Can I take an equity line on it?

Depending on your credit, you should be able to with your local bank. If not, you should at least be able to do a standard cash out mortgage.

But yes, cash out is still available on investment property, just lower LTV than owner occupied. (I'm assuming you mean a standard, residential property)
