Yes, there are.  The CTMLS system has a category for "handicap accessible."  I just checked and found 4 properties that meet the criteria.  One was built in 2004,  3 are new construction.  They range in price from $299,000-upper $500s. Hope this helps!   It is in your interest to have a buyer's agent who has fiduciary duty to you represent you.  This is the case whether the property is existing or new construction.  A buyer's agent can help you ask the questions to anticipate and sometimes avoid cost overruns that can occur when extras are added in for new construction. So, before you cross the threshold of any property, GET REPRESENTED!
Good luck!

Also depends on the property you are interested in, condos, ranch style homes or two story homes. And what is your handicap need?
I agree, contact a real estate agent and work with them .

Very few in the system today mention any handicap access, I regret.

My suggestion:    Choose an agent to work with and have them do this...

Evaluate the homes in your price range for the capacity to modify them to your needs.   Also ask your agent to email all the other agents active in town, to see if anyone is aware of any home that may be easily modified for your purposes, with minimized expense.
