If an agent has the property listed they should be tracking the internet activity, however seeing how many times one particular person is looking may be a little tricky. Not really sure what you are asking, so I hope the answers you get on here help!

No. You can, however, tell the number of views of a house. The sum is up at the top of the property details page in the right corner. Or, you can look at views over time if you go to the Zestimate graph and click on "page views". (Each time you view it, it will count as one.)
