I know it is hard not to look back and play "what if I had sold". Please keep in mind had you sold at the "peak" of the market, unless you left the state or had the foresight to sell and rent (at the time everyone would have said you were crazy) you would have bought another house that was overpriced as well. Most likely, you would not be any better off.
Just so you know, you can contact any local agent or Realtor and they can pull comps, and even look back and see what it was worth then vs now. Though, to a point there really is no use in looking back as I promise you it has nothing to do with what your house would appraise for, or fetch on the open market now.
Best of luck.

You can contact a buyer's agent or sellers agent and they can do a market analysis for you. Is this an estate/ tax question?

If you pull up your address link, here, you can MOUSE OVER the chart and see your Zestimate for any time frame you like. In July 2005 it was $365K.
Now was that accurate? Probably not, at least NOT for tax and legal purposes, and ZIllow Zestimates are not accepted for them.

I'm curious -- why are you requesting that information?

Can you tell me the what the market price of my home was in July of 2005?
