You may take down the for sale sign by following these steps:
1. Log on to your Zillow account.
2. Go to the âHome Details Pageâ of the property.
3. Click on "Edit status".
4. Erase the link on the "Related website".
5. On the drop down box of the home status, click on "No longer for sale".
6. Remove the open house dates, if there are any.
7. Then click on the Disclaimer (which starts with, "I promise that I am...") before clicking on "Create Your Listing" button.
However, since the listing was posted for sale through the listings feed from Point2 Technologies. You have to release the listing from the source of the feed so that the home will not be re-posted on Zillow once the system updates the feed.

Ronskie - I need help with this one again. I've taken this listing off of Zillow at least twice - if not three times - by following your directions. It shows that it's off and then it comes back later under my name. The current owner is threatening a lawsuit and has called the local TV stations to do a story on it. It's way out of hand.
