Cant change a listing from pending to sold?

I've been having problems with zillow for the past a few months. Things seem to be going downhill lately. Now I'm having a problem changing a listing from pending to sold. Not sure if you have a zillow 3.0 in the works but the site has become really bloated. I'm sure you're working on something. Thanks for the help.

Hi Ted -

Thanks for the response.

Please try these steps to change the status of your posting:

1. Go to My Zillow then Listings.
2. Look for the address then click Cancel just next to the Edit button.
3. From there, you may either choose Sold or No longer for sale.

If they are not working, please let us know.
