    Bing is owned by MicroSoft...  so if you want to change the photos on Bing, you should go to MicroSoft's web-page instead.  Bing gets their satellite photos mostly from Pictometry International Corp.  So if they are not good enough for you, you can go to Pictometry International Corps's website and have them take some customer satellite photos for you for a fee.  But still, the satellites only pass over a given location every few years, and if there is cloud cover on those days, they have to throw those photos out.

    If you are having trouble uploading photos on ZILLOW (not BING), it is usually either the browser choice, or one has Scripts or Scriptlets turned off in the browser.  Google Chrome is known to have problems.  So does AOL.  FireFox browser tends to work the best for this site.
